Hi Nicole,

Just thought I had to write and express my gratitude to all staff who made our one night stay so memorable.  We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed, nothing was too much trouble there was always a smile and everyone was friendly and professional.

We were lucky enough to stay in room 108 wow fab fantastic.  I asked for a bottle of sparkly to be put in the room which they did but also left a card for my friend and a small plate of fruit and chocolate.  Small gestures mean a lot.

The ambiance decor and cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional.  I will certainly be back for a visit soon to try one of the feature rooms.

Once again pass on my sincere thanks to all and wish them a very Happy Healthy Successful Christmas and New Year.

We had a fantastic wedding day and would like to thank yourself, Alasdair and Andy and everyone else at the hotel for their help.  From our initial visit up to the day itself nothing was too much trouble and everything was asked for was done efficently.

All our guests commented on the standard of food at both the meal and the evening buffet and our thanks must go to the kitchen staff for all their hard work.  Many people have told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to which I think sums it up prefectly.

Everyone had a really fabulous day and thoroughly enjoyed themselves

The Adam Suite was stunning, the Balmoral Suite totally elegant and thanks for arranging for the weather to hold so that we could have the photos in the gorgeous gardens.

We had so many people comment on how good the food was - both at the breakfast and the buffet - so please pass my compliments to the chef.

Very well received by all who attended.  The hotel had lots of character and food was excellent.  Everyone was very helpful and it was a very enjoyable few days.  I don;t know when I will be asked to organise another conference but the hotel and location were prefect for us.

Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very impressed by the Hotel, they kept asking me "how did you find this hotel" it is so quiet and yet so close to the city centre.

We did not have time to see anything of the city, so we may well returnat a future date.

I have resided regulary, usually monthly, at the Royal Terrace Hotel since 1999.  Over these eleven plus years I have witnessed the hotel have its ups and downs and changes of ownership.

My loyalty however remained undiminished.  I am glad that it did since you and your team have restored the hotel to a very satisfactory standard particularly in terms of the fabric of the building and the hospitality provided.

All of the staff who it has been my pleasure to meet have been friendly, courteous, efficient and most helpful.  Nicole Smith has dealt with my reservations understandingly and efficiently.  The reception team always ensure that there is a jug of milk in my room and my morning paper is arranged.  The breakfast team are welcoming and the service is first class.  These may seem small courtises but they mean a lot.

Please convey to all concerned my sincere appreciation for another year of excellent service from the Royal Terrace Hotel.  I look forward to further stays with you in 2011.
