Throughout Easter weekend we will be hosting an exhibition of original artworks from leading local artists,Janet Anne Carden; June Lesley Fox and Julie Horner, collectively known as Animal EARTh.
Works will be available to purchase and the Exhibition will cover a range of sizes from large feature pieces
to small intimate studies.
LADIES DAY AT CHESTER RACES - 6 MAY
You are invited to Ladies Day. Arrive at Nunsmere for a Champagne Brunch, before we depart by luxury coach to the renowned Roodee - the oldest Racecourse in Britain and unique in that it races anti-clockwise. After a wonderful day backing winners we return to Nunsmere for a superb dinner.

Following the enormous success of last years Apprentice Night Dinners - they return again in 2010.
For those of you not familiar with the Apprentice nights, this is when we partner an experienced member of staff with a junior and ask them to arrange their own themed nights. This involves planning; costing; marketing and ultimately running the event on the night - great fun and invaluable experience!
FRIDAY 21 MAY - NEW ORLEANS SWING NIGHT
Chef Craig Malone partners Trainee Manager, Ben Robinson with a New Orleans Swing Night incorporating a New Orleans Barbecue; wine match and a swing band with dancing on the terrace until late to such classics as That's Amore; Strangers in the Night and The Lady is a Tramp to name but a few!

FRIDAY 11 JUNE - A TASTE OF FRANCE IN CHESHIRE
For one day only le Tricolore will fly at Nunsmere, when the Crystal Restaurant becomes Chez Mattwill.
Food and Beverage Manager, Will Powell is partnering Sous Chef, Matt Sussex to create a traditional French bistrot which will include such classics as escargots; foie gras; onion soup and duck leg confit.

GOLF BREAKS
We are delighted to have formed an association with Sandiway Golf Club, located only 5 minutes drive from Nunsmere. Sandiway has been singled out to host international, national, regional and local championships. So many, in fact, it would take too much space to list them all. Suffice to say they briefly include the qualifying events for the Open Championship, the Girls' British Open Championship, the PGA Club Professionals' Championship and a number of Cheshire and Northern County Championships.
Its fairways are generous, but tree-lined with mature oak, beech and birch; the classic inland course trees predominate, and the picturesque back nine offers unrivalled views of Petty Pool, an old Cheshire mere, which forms a stunning backcloth, particularly on the eleventh and twelfth holes. The greens, although small by modern standards, are of the quality expected on a championship course.
