TALENTED YOUNG CHEF BBQ

In association with Robinsons Brewery and Visit Cheshire and Cheshire a BBQ and Social Evening will be held on
Tuesday 21 September to close the 2010 highly successful series of Talented Young Chef dinners.
The cost remains at £20.00 per person and as well as enjoying a delightful barbecue prepared by the award winning Nunsmere kitchen brigade, there will be tastings and the opportunity to buy great wine; interesting beer; Cheshire Farm Ice cream and Perfect Pate.
Come along and meet up with the your new found friends and regular supporters of the Young Chef series.

Following another totally successful Rotary Young Chef we are giving the top 3 chefs the chance to come to Nunsmere to see how you – the public -respond to their dishes.

MUSHROOM HUNT
SUNDAY 10 OCTOBER
8.00 am
Join us once again for our ever popular Mushroom Hunt around the grounds.
Over the last 2 years we have identified 94 different species of mushroom and had a fantastic day.

Meet at Nunsmere at 8.00 am for coffee and bacon rolls, before setting off around the grounds. We return to the Hotel for a buffet lunch before heading out to continue our hunt. Tea and scones will be served late afternoon.

In support of our nominated Charity – The Winsford Neuromuscular Centre – this years event is a black and white themed evening. Becky Dodd, one of our Sales co-ordinators, who is well known to many of you, works tirelessly to ensure the annual charity ball is always a resounding success.
With a 3 course dinner ; entertainment and dancing until late a fantastic evening is guaranteed.

Leading local apiarist –Shirley Torrens – will be talking to us about the pleasures of beekeeping and demonstrating how to roll a beeswax candle
Now one of the fastest growing hobbies in the UK a beehive can be set up in virtually any urban or rural garden and this fascinating and rewarding hobby becomes addictive. Not forgetting of course, the resulting crop!

We are delighted to have formed an association with Sandiway Golf Club, located only 5 minutes drive from Nunsmere. Sandiway has been singled out to host international, national, regional and local championships. So many, in fact, it would take too much space to list them all. Suffice to say they briefly include the qualifying events for the Open Championship, the Girls' British Open Championship, the PGA Club Professionals' Championship and a number of Cheshire and Northern County Championships.
