Nunsmere Hall is proud to present the award winning Crystal Restaurant. Twice voted County Restaurant of the Year by the Good Food Guide where in elegant and intimate surroundings, you can choose from a sumptuous a la carte or very reasonable prix fixe menu. Fresh, local Cheshire ingredients are sought out by our chefs and they make sure they are organic whenever possible.
Good service is a hallmark of Nunsmere and you'll find it perfect - attentive without being intrusive. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Please let us know in advance and we'll create a delicious menu to suit you.
There is an extensive list of some of the world's finest wines to choose from. In addition, you will find our stylish cocktail bar, the Captain's Bar, ideal for an aperitif or after-dinner digestif. The Captain's Bar is named after the original owner of Nunsmere Hall, Sir Aubrey Brocklebank, and the décor reflects his maritime past. The bar has been stocked with drinks sourced from the finest producers based all over the world. Here, for example, you can sample superb drinks such as a French biere blonde fermented with Champagne yeast; Hendrick's handcrafted gin served with sliced cucumber; an exceptional vodka from Kazakhstan; and Ireland's most exclusive whiskey.
This passion for quality extends even to the choice of tea or coffee available. We have created our own blends and also offer rare varieties such as Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and Chinese Rose Petal and First Flush Darjeeling teas.
On sunny days, you can enjoy a drink on our charming terrace whilst enjoying the delightful surrounding Cheshire countryside. Nunsmere Hall Hotel's aim is to provide fine food and wine in the luxury surroundings of the Crystal Restaurant.
